Form that was Taken: Memories come in the form of butter crackers -- they're sprinkled lightly with sea salt and resemble coins with a woman's face on one side and a sword on the other.
I couldn't find the scans but I'll give you the translation at least!

Things to Note: Basically Natsume is listening to a tale about his grandmother from Hinoe. It's from her POV so he doesn't necessarily catch everything but he'll get the general gist.
