Skill: Dream Channeling
What it means: You know those dream posts? Now this will basically be an ANYTIME HE IS ASLEEP thing vs whenever dream posts go up. For Natsume, he actually doesn't channel dreams so much as he channels memories. If you have a bad experience during the day and you're relatively closeby? Natsume can dream about that bad experience even if he wasn't there there. ANY SIGNIFICANT MEMORY, he can pretty much channel as long as a) it's significant or produces a lot of emotion, b) he's sleeping and c) you're in his general vicinity.

Skill: Being able to copy spells.
What it means: Pretty much what it says! He doesn't actually know how to create his own sort of spells in general, but he's still powerful enough to imitate others and THEIR spells. To learn any, he has to usually copy what others show him. Now this won't really matter if the spells are just INNATE since he usually needs to use some sort of "chant" or paper or such to properly imitate someone. However, if your character knows how to perform magic/spells using either of those methods, it means Natsume can easily pick that up if necessary!

PS: Limits still apply. Because they are usually complex spells in nature, these aren't abilities he won't remember easily so it's not like he has twenty spells available to him out of nowhere. Also powercap will still be in effect for any spells he CAN copy.

...does a one-word incantation for fairly innate/rpg magic count as a chant? If so feel free to gank Ven's healing, it is free to all spell-copiers.

Prooooobably not? :|a Maybe? If it did, it wouldn't work nearly as well I think, but I think in the case of Natsume, it's more specific to complex spells. I THINK I NEED TO REVIEW CANON TO DOUBLE CHECK THOUGH because they're not quuuite clear about his innate abilities yet.
